StorAID™ Support Plans
AMI offers two levels of Technical Support: StorAID™ and StorAID™ Plus. AMI requires the purchase of a StorAID or StorAID Plus Support Plan for all StorTrends storage appliances purchased. Both StorAID Support Plans feature 24x7 Technical Support by phone, Hardware and Software Warranty for the StorTrends storage appliance and onsite replacement of any failed Field Replaceable Unit (FRU) components. The StorAID Support Plans are offered in one (1) and three (3) year configurations. Both StorAID Support Plans are also offered with Next Business Day (NBD) or 4-Hour Onsite hardware replacement options to meet end user requirements. Customers can also purchase one (1) year extensions of StorAID and StorAID Plus Support Plans when their appliance is approaching expiration of the initial purchased term.
