When initiating the RMA process, please ensure that the proper contact information, shipping information and serial number of the StorTrends Appliance is entered into the RMA Form below. Please contact us at 770-246-8761 for assistance in completing the RMA Request Form.

  • If Product is out of warranty, you will be contacted for billing information. Non-warranty repairs will be billed at the standard StorTrends Out of Warranty Rates.

Failed Component/FRU Terms & Conditions

AMI will cross ship the replacement component/FRU to the Customer at AMI's shipping expense. The Customer is responsible for returning the failed component/FRU to AMI within ten (10) business days following receipt of the replacement component/FRU. In the event Customer does not return the failed FRU to AMI within the ten (10) business day period then AMI shall invoice the Customer per the Spare Parts Pricing Matrix Fee for the said component/FRU. Customer hereby agrees to return any failed component/FRU that is replaced by AMI with a replaceable component/FRU. Customer further agrees that AMI shall be allowed to charge Customers if the said failed component/FRU is not returned to AMI within the ten (10) business day period.
