To speak to a StorTrends Technical Support Specialist, please call 1-800-892-6625. The standard hours of operation of the AMI Technical Support Center are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm US Eastern Time. All other calls outside of the standard hours will be answered through the StorTrends After Hour Service and you will be called back within one (1) business hour from the time your call was received. Please be sure to have the serial number available for your StorTrends Product(s) prior to contacting StorTrends Technical Support.
