StorTrends StorAid product support provides customers the flexibility they require to meet their critical business needs. The standard StorAid Support Plan provides Next Business Day (NBD) hardware replacement and 24x7 phone support, while the StorAid Plus Plan adds 4-Hour Onsite hardware replacement for those customers requiring same day service. Both StorAid support plans come with StorAid S.O.S. – an automated email alert monitoring system.

StorAid support plans are offered in 1-year, 3-year, and 5-year terms with 1-year extensions available. All StorTrends StorAid plans are supported from AMI headquarters in Atlanta, GA to provide customers with the highest quality and around-the-clock support in the storage industry.
