NAS Share Error: "No data available to display Treeview"

Check the share to see if any folders are using special characters in their name. The use of special characters in folder names such as " < > ' & " are not supported in iTX versions prior to 2.7.1030v2.1.
You can check the folder via CLI with the following command:
< ls /Access.Share/share name >.
The folder names are highlighted in green.
