Standard One Year Warranty and Phone Support
One-Year Hardware & Software Warranty with 9am to 5pm Phone Support
AMI offers our Standard Phone Support and which includes the standard one year Hardware/Software Warranty package free of charge for all StorTrends appliances. This plan enables customers to contact us at the AMI Technical Support Center (770-246-8645) from 9:00am through 5:00pm ET for technical support assistance. AMI warrants a maximum response time of one (1) business day on any calls to its Technical Support Center under the provisions of the Standard Support and Warranty Package. The Standard Support and Warranty package also provides a one year hardware / software warranty from the date of shipment of the StorTrends product.
AMI warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use and service, and will perform substantially in accordance with its description in the AMI User’s Guide for the product. Please note that the Warranty will be considered void if the serial number labels on the AMI product are tampered with, or if the product is subjected to abnormal use.
Additionally, AMI’s Standard Warranty includes Advanced FRU support, allowing replacement parts to be en route to you without the need for AMI to receive the returned parts first.
