AMI is pleased to offer on-site next business day (NBD) hardware replacement* for StorTrends products for most locations throughout North America. Note that this service plan covers hardware replacement of the parts listed in our spare parts list only; for software service and support of components outside this list, either the Standard or Advanced Support and Warranty Plans will cover these products.
