Three Year Hardware & Software Warranty with 8am to 5pm Phone Support

AMI offers an Extended Three Year Warranty package for customers that desire additional coverage on their StorTrends appliances, along with the same level of phone support as theStandard warranty. The Extended Three Year Warranty and Phone Support allows customers to contact us at the AMI Technical Support Center (770-246-8645) from 9:00am through 5:00pm ET for technical support assistance for a period of three years from the date of shipment. This plan also provides an extended, three-year hardware and software warranty from the date of the shipment of the StorTrends product.

AMI warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use and service, and will perform substantially in accordance with its description in the AMI User’s Guide for the product. Please note that the Warranty will be considered void if the serial number labels on the AMI product are tampered with, or if the product is subjected to abnormal use.

Pricing for the Superior Support & Warranty is based on the version and capacity of the StorTrends appliance.
