AMI offers an Advanced 24 x 7 Technical Support option for customers that desire additional support assistance for their StorTrends appliance. This plan allows customers to call our Technical Support Center 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for a period of one year from the date of shipment. Pricing for the Advanced Support & Warranty package is based on the version and capacity of the StorTrends appliance. The Advanced 24x7 Technical Support Plan also includes On-Site Next Business Day Hardware Replacement at no extra cost.
On-Site Next Business Day Hardware Replacement
AMI is pleased to offer on-site next business day (NBD) hardware replacement* for StorTrends products for most locations throughout North America. Please check with your AMI Sales Representative for a ZIP/Postal code finder to confirm the details of hardware support availability in your local area. Note that this service plan covers hardware replacement of the parts listed in our spare parts list only; for software service and support of components outside this list, either the Standard or Advanced Support and Warranty Plans will cover these products.
* NBD Support Request must be received by 3pm ET to ensure replacement parts arrive in time for onsite replacement the following day
